Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the PyreFi platform, website, applications or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and PyreFi (“Company”, “we”, “us”). We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

PyreFi provides a unified crypto intelligence platform including: a cryptocurrency token directory with AI-computed metrics, a personalized newsletter engine, AI-generated trading signals, and project campaign management tools. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid tiers (Premium and Elite).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where access to cryptocurrency information or trading tools is prohibited or restricted by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

4. No Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: Nothing on the PyreFi platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.

All content, data, AI metrics, signals, newsletters and analyses are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Cryptocurrency investments are highly speculative and involve substantial risk of loss, including possible loss of the entire principal invested. Past performance of any signal, metric or analysis is not indicative of future results.

You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. PyreFi is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer or financial institution.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@pyrefi.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the platform.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions (Premium and Elite) are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• —Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• —Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond what is permitted by your subscription API limits.
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• —Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code into the Service.
• —Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• —Use the Service to manipulate cryptocurrency markets, spread misinformation, or engage in market abuse.
• —Resell, sublicense or redistribute any data or content from the Service without written permission.
• —Circumvent any rate limits, access controls or security measures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos and data on the Service are owned by PyreFi or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes during the term of your subscription.

User-submitted content (token submissions, feedback, reviews) remains your property. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with the Service.

9. Third-Party Data and Services

The Service integrates data from third-party providers including CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap and others. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of such data. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate or subject to change without notice.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. PyreFi is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PYREFI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PYREFI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PyreFi and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including Sections 4, 8, 10, 11 and 12.
