General

PyreFi is a unified crypto intelligence platform that combines four services: a live token directory with AI-computed metrics, a personalized newsletter engine, an AI trading signal system with Telegram delivery, and a campaign management suite for crypto projects. The core platform is free to use.

No. PyreFi does not require a wallet connection for any core feature. The directory, newsletter, and signals are all account-based (email/password). Exchange integration for auto-trading uses API keys — never seed phrases or wallet connections.

PyreFi is available globally. The newsletter and directory have no geographic restrictions. Trading signal delivery via Telegram is available worldwide. Auto-execution via exchange API keys is subject to the supported exchanges' geographic restrictions (Binance and ByBit are unavailable to US persons for derivatives).

PyreFi is an intelligence and data platform, not a broker, exchange, or financial advisor. We do not custody funds or execute trades on your behalf without explicit API key authorization. Signals are AI-generated market indicators, not licensed financial advice.

Use the contact form at /contact for general inquiries. For technical issues, include your account email and a description of the problem. Response time is typically under 24 hours on weekdays.

Crypto Directory

The directory currently indexes over 10,000 tokens across DeFi, Layer 1, Layer 2, Gaming, Meme, RWA, NFT, Stablecoin, and Exchange categories. New tokens are added continuously from Binance, ByBit, OKX, CoinGecko, and CoinMarketCap.

Spot prices are sourced from Binance as the primary exchange (highest volume, most liquid), with ByBit and OKX as secondary sources. Prices are streamed in real time via WebSocket and stored in the PyreFi database. This means the directory stays up even when third-party APIs experience outages.

Risk Score, Momentum Indicator, and Sentiment Score are recalculated every five minutes for all tokens. Historical metric data is retained according to your plan tier — 30 days for Basic, 90 days for Pro, all time for VIP.

Yes. Go to /directory/submit and fill in the project details. Submissions are reviewed manually before publication. Tokens with less than $100k in 24h volume or no verifiable contract address are typically declined. There is no listing fee.

The price shown is the last successfully synced price from our data pipeline. If a token is experiencing very low trading volume or a data source interruption, the price may lag. The timestamp of the last update is shown on the token detail page.

Click the bookmark icon on any token row or detail page. Free accounts support one watchlist. Basic supports five, Pro supports 20, and VIP supports unlimited watchlists. Manage all watchlists from /watchlist in your dashboard.

Newsletter

The newsletter is included in all plans, including Free. Free accounts receive up to three editions per week. Basic, Pro, and VIP accounts receive daily editions with full AI-generated content and advanced personalization.

During onboarding you choose topics, tokens of interest, and a risk profile. The engine weights news selection, token spotlights, and market analysis toward your stated preferences. Over time, your open and click behavior further refines curation — tokens and topics you engage with more receive more coverage.

Yes, at any time from /newsletter/preferences. You can change your topics, watchlist linkage, risk profile, and delivery cadence. Changes take effect on the next generated edition.

Daily editions are generated at 06:00 UTC and typically arrive within 15 minutes. Pro and VIP subscribers with send-time optimization enabled may receive editions at a different time based on their personal engagement history.

Click the unsubscribe link in any email footer. This works without logging in and takes effect immediately. You can also toggle delivery on/off from /newsletter/preferences without losing your configuration.

All past editions are archived at /newsletter and accessible via their unique URL. Archives are available indefinitely regardless of plan tier.

Trading Signals

A trading signal is a machine-generated trade recommendation — direction (BUY/SELL/HOLD), entry price, take-profit targets, stop-loss level, and a confidence score. Signals are produced by eight AI detection engines that scan 200+ markets every five minutes.

No. PyreFi signals are AI-generated market indicators. They are not licensed financial advice, and acting on them is your sole responsibility. Always conduct your own research and never risk more than you can afford to lose.

Signal generation covers Binance, ByBit, and OKX spot and perpetual futures markets. Auto-execution via API key is currently supported on Binance and ByBit. OKX auto-execution is on the roadmap.

Search for the PyreFi bot in Telegram and send /start. The bot will provide a one-time code — enter this in your PyreFi dashboard under Settings → Telegram. Once linked, signals will be delivered to your private chat the moment they fire.

Grades run from A+ (90–100% confidence score) through D (below 50%). A+ signals have historically hit TP1 at a ~72% rate. Grade D signals are published for informational purposes — they are not recommended for execution.

Yes. Use /setgrade [grade] in the Telegram bot to set a minimum grade. For example, /setgrade A means you will only be notified of A and A+ signals. The web dashboard has the same filter in the signal feed settings.

Signals expire after 72 hours by default if neither TP1 nor stop-loss has been hit. Expired signals are logged with an 'Expired' status in the signal history. The engine may re-issue a similar signal if conditions remain favorable.

API keys are encrypted with AES-256 at rest. PyreFi requests trading permissions only — never withdrawal permissions. All trading operations require 2FA. Circuit breakers enforce daily loss limits. All trades are logged in a full audit history.

Billing & Plans

Yes. Contact us at /contact for enterprise pricing. Custom plans are available for trading desks, funds, project teams, and exchanges that need higher API limits, dedicated support, or white-label features.

PyreFi accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Crypto payment options are on the roadmap for a future release.

Security & Privacy

Exchange API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256 before being written to the database. Keys are decrypted only within the secure execution environment at the moment a trade is placed, and are never exposed in logs or API responses.

No. PyreFi does not sell user data to third parties. Aggregate, anonymized usage data is used internally to improve the platform. Your watchlist, preferences, and trade history are never shared. See the Privacy Policy at /privacy for full details.

2FA is enforced for all trading-related operations: enabling auto-execution, changing API keys, and modifying circuit breaker settings. PyreFi uses TOTP (time-based one-time passwords) compatible with Google Authenticator and Authy.

The bot stores your Telegram user ID to route signal notifications. It does not read your other Telegram messages, contacts, or chats. The only data transmitted to Telegram is the signal content you asked to receive.
