Service Guide
Newsletter Engine
The PyreFi newsletter is not a round-up of crypto headlines. It is an AI-assembled briefing built from live market data, your watchlist, and your stated risk profile — delivered on your schedule.
How it works
You set preferences
During onboarding you select topics (DeFi, L1, Gaming…), tokens of interest, a risk profile (conservative / balanced / aggressive), and a delivery cadence (daily or weekly). This becomes your briefing template.
The engine pulls live data
At generation time the engine queries the PyreFi database for your watchlist tokens: latest prices, 24h change, AI metrics, any anomaly alerts, and relevant news published since your last edition.
AI writes the content
A language model converts the raw data into structured newsletter sections — market overview, token spotlights, whale alerts, and a brief market outlook. The tone matches your risk profile.
Delivery and archive
The finished edition is sent to your email and stored in the web archive at /newsletter. You can share any edition via its unique URL. Your open and click data feeds back into curation over time.
What's in each edition
Market snapshot
BTC and ETH dominance, total market cap, Fear & Greed Index, and the top 3 movers across your selected categories.
Token spotlights
One or two deep-dives on tokens from your watchlist with the most significant change since the last edition — price context, AI metric shifts, and what drove the move.
Whale & anomaly alerts
Large wallet movements, unusual volume spikes, and sudden social sentiment changes are flagged and explained in plain language.
News digest
3–5 curated articles from across 40+ publications, chosen for relevance to your token interests and risk profile. Summaries are AI-written, not copied headlines.
Signal summary
For subscribers with trading signals access: a table of the most recent signals on your watched tokens — direction, confidence grade, and outcome if resolved.
Market outlook
A brief AI-authored paragraph on key upcoming events — token unlocks, protocol upgrades, macroeconomic events — that may affect your holdings.
Managing preferences
All preferences can be updated at any time from /newsletter/preferences. Changes take effect on the next generated edition.
Topics
Choose one or more categories: DeFi, Layer 1, Layer 2, Gaming, Meme, RWA, NFT, Stablecoin, Exchange. The engine weighs news and token selection toward your chosen topics.
Tokens of interest
Link your watchlist to the newsletter. All watchlisted tokens are eligible for spotlight treatment. You can also pin specific tokens to guarantee they appear in every edition.
Risk profile
Conservative: focuses on established large-caps, de-emphasizes speculative moves. Balanced: covers the full spectrum. Aggressive: highlights high-momentum, high-volatility opportunities including small and micro caps.
Delivery cadence
Daily editions are generated each morning. Weekly editions are generated every Monday. Free accounts are limited to three editions per week; Basic and above get daily delivery.
Email address
The newsletter is sent to your account email. You can override the delivery address from the preferences page — useful if you want signals to a work email without changing your login.
Delivery and deliverability
Why did I not receive an edition?
Check your spam folder first — add noreply@pyrefi.com to your contacts to prevent future misrouting. If the issue persists, verify your email address is confirmed in Account Settings and that your delivery preference is set to Active.
Can I read past editions online?
Yes. All past editions are archived at /newsletter on the web. Each edition has a permanent URL that you can bookmark or share. Archives are available indefinitely for all account tiers.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every email footer contains a one-click unsubscribe link that works without logging in. You can also toggle delivery on/off from /newsletter/preferences without losing your configuration.
What time does the daily edition arrive?
Daily editions are generated at 06:00 UTC and typically arrive within 15 minutes. Send-time optimization (Pro and above) adjusts delivery to your personal peak engagement window based on historical open data.
